Seeker - USMA (West Point) Recruiting System

When the United States Military Academy (USMA) needed a new recruiting system for their football program they turned to Hupp Information Technologies. USMA staff worked closely with our staff to determine the requirements for the new solution.

We designed, developed, and delivered a technology solution that has exceeded their requirements for customization and adaptability. The new program, named Seeker, allows the football staff to add new fields at will. It then allows them to build forms with those fields. The users of the system can actually create brand new entry forms and fields as needed.

The user can create new reports at any time. The newly created reports fully integrate into the system as if they were built into it from the beginning. The football staff also performs numerous recruiting mailings throughout the year. Seeker allows them to do mailings on any criteria they wish. It also includes the ability to create new mail merge letters, modify existing mail merge letters, and rerun merges as needed. All this functionality is managed and tracked from the Seeker application.
